Ryan & Megan | Proposal

I am so thrilled to share that I had the honor of photographing my brother’s proposal to his wonderful fiancé Megan <3

This whole day was such an amazing experience! From helping Ryan plan it and fooling Megan into a *simple* photo shoot, to celebrating afterwards with friends and sisters, I wouldn’t have missed this for anything. Thank you both for including me on such a magical day!

Here are some of the pictures taken before Ryan’s surprise proposal.

Here we arrived at the spot Ryan wanted to propose. I had Megan close her eyes for a shot to confirm with Ryan that he was ready with a simple thumbs up.

Then, I told Ryan to take Megan by the hand and twirl her around, so when she turned back to face him he was kneeling!

SHE SAID YES!

The moment when her Mom just happens to randomly call immediately after she says yes.

“I don’t know what I’m supposed to do!”

*Goes back to hugging*

That ring though!

Now the calling begins 🙂

After Megan calls her mom back they realize she happens to be really close by! Of course she stops by to celebrate. <3

After all of this I head back to Ryan’s house to await their arrival. Ryan invited Megan’s sisters and best friends over to surprise her and celebrate! Champagne, roses, ring pops, friends, and family. Couldn’t have been a better way to end such a special day!
