Ready Set Flow is a new yoga studio located inside The Hill KC, a wellness community located just south of the Crossroads district in Kansas City. This was the first yoga studio I went to when I first started yoga, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. I was thrilled when the owner, Laura Johnston, asked me to photograph their first yoga & wine event. From the relaxing yoga experience to the chill wine tasting, this whole evening was so fun and I would consider it a great success.
